Volleyball 2011 Brings Island Flavor
Last Saturday, we had some great FUN in the SUN at the 2011 AAF San Antonio Volleyball Tournament. 8 Teams of beach volleyball enthusiasts battled it out in the sand at Sideliners Grill. Sporting thier Hawaiian-themed outfits, several ad agencies, creative groups and media outlets were represented. A great time was had by all!
1st place & the Golden Pineapple went to The Coconuts. They are not affiliated with an agency but have been participants and winners of previous AAF VB tourney’s. Abel Melendez (team captain) won it all last year as well.
2nd place – Your Wasabi Creative team the Hawaii 5 Hos brought home the Silver Coconut.
3rd place – Time Warner Cable Media – first time participants left with a can of Spam.
