Presented by Kristi Pena, Regional Public Relations Manager
from the Better Business Bureau

“New media, new ideas and new challenges are swirling around the industry and impacting the way it does business. The one constant is transparency, and the need to conduct ourselves, our business, and our relationships with consumers, in a fair, honest and forthright manner.” – Institute for Advertising Ethics

In an effort to fulfill our mission of protecting and promoting the advertising industry in San Antonio, we begin the new year with some helpful hints and things to avoid when developing creative for your clients. Kristi will cover the top five common advertising problem areas, give examples of what not to do and what is recommended – fraudulent, deceptive, misleading and inaccurate messaging. She will also explain the Better Business Bureau Advertising Review and Monitoring Services and identify the top ten industries with the most complaints.
