Jon began his career in 1994 at TBWA Chiat/Day St. Louis, before spending eight years as art director at CORE. In that time, Jon created award-winning work for clients including Panera, Miller Brewing and Panoz Auto Development. The work he helped create elevated CORE’s profile to one of GRAPHIS’s Top 10 Most Creative Agencies in the World. Since then, Jon was at Mullen NC where he worked on Wachovia and Junior Johnson Moonshine. Jon now resides in Nashville where he works as SVP/ECD at BOHAN Advertising, which was named 2014 Southeast Small Agency of the Year. His work has garnered recognition from Communication Arts, Athena, Lurzer’s Archive, GRAPHIS and The Drum. Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and their eleven-year-old daughter.

Randall has been creating stories since he was a kid. Back then, he would organize the neighborhood to act out cinematic scenes. Using his collection of over 1,000 Hot Wheels, he would also create smaller scale productions when rain prevented a more grandiose affair. He still loves telling a good story and he still loves cars – albeit bigger ones.

For 24 years, he has created some of the most compelling and memorable stories in advertising. His brand experience runs the gamut: Sony PlayStation, Hyatt Hotels, Continental Airlines, American Airlines, JCPenney, Grocery Works, Bally’s Casino, Flamingo Casino, Paris Casino, Toyota, Direct TV, On the Border, Rosetta Stone, Walmart, Maggiano’s, P&G, Sam’s Club, Pizza Hut, Tylenol, Hoover, Experian, Equifax, Delta, SunTrust and IHG.

His career has taken him from his home state of Texas to the Martin Agency where he helped it to become ADWEEK’s U.S. Agency of the Year in 2009. He led the creative team at DIGITAS in creating one of the most memorable and effective digital pieces ever done for Delta Airlines. But lately, Randall’s charge has been to take a small agency in Atlanta and double its size and billings. Starting with 15 people, it is now standing at almost 30 people with more being hired every week. He has also been instrumental in winning pitches at a 90% success rate.

Jim Mayfield is senior vice president & group creative director at FleishmanHillard in St. Louis, Missouri. He oversees creative on accounts such as Enterprise Holdings, U.S. Soccer, Rawlings, Farm Credit and VF Corporation.

Before joining FleishmanHillard, Mayfield served as partner and executive creative director for 14 years at Schupp Company in St. Louis, Mo. There, his accounts included MillerCoors, Diageo, Coke, Sprint, NASCAR, NHL, St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals. Mayfield led Schupp Co. to create award-winning work with a national reputation for producing non-traditional solutions that generated significant awareness while achieving results. That is the long way of saying, “he created stuff you never saw before that engaged you.”

Previously, Mayfield held creative leadership positions with Glennon Advertising as chief creative officer, Brighton and CheckMark, all of St. Louis.

Mayfield’s work has been recognized by Adweek, the One Show, the Reggies, the Effies, HOW International, Graphis and the Addys. He also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching advertising at Saint Louis University.
